The hot-melt glue machine is a device for melting hot-melt glue. 1.Advantages and disadvantages of hot melt adhesive

2.Hot melt adhesive machine replacement steps

When the manufacturer needs to use other hot-melt adhesives, it is not possible to directly add another hot-melt adhesive machine to the host, and the old glue needs to be drained.

1. First, remove the glue stored in the hot melt glue machine. Heat the hot melt adhesive machine to the working temperature, and remove the glue stored in the melt glue box.

2. Put on protective gloves, and wipe the inner wall of the melt box with a non-shedding cloth, and do not wipe with sharp tools.

3. After wiping, add some new glue and heat to the working temperature of the new glue.

4. After the hot melt glue in the hot melt glue machine is melted, remove the hot melt glue gun and discharge the remaining glue in the hot melt glue tube. At this time, you can clean the hot melt glue gun. After the glue in the hot melt machine and the hot melt hose is exhausted, connect the hot melt glue gun. Add 1/3 new glue into the host, heat and melt, and discharge the remaining glue in the hot melt glue gun.

5. Finally, don't forget to clean the filter. This method is relatively fast. Before replacing, be sure to ask the manufacturer of the hot melt glue applicator, follow their instructions, and change the glue at will, which is irresponsible for yourself and the equipment.
