When the hot melt glue machine does not produce glue, how to detect and eliminate the fault in general:

1. The melting tank is not heated

If the heater is damaged or the heater is fading, the heater needs to be replaced; if the temperature controller is damaged, the temperature controller needs to be replaced; the fuse open circuit detection light is on, and the fuse needs to be replaced; the temperature sensing line is damaged, and the temperature sensing line needs to be replaced ;The melting tank is not heated, the PID shows FFF, that is, the SSR is damaged, and the SSR needs to be replaced; the melting tank has been heating without temperature control, and the PID shows FFF, that is, the SSR is damaged, and the SSR needs to be replaced. These are the possible reasons and elimination methods for the melting tank not to be heated.

2. The hot melt hose is not heated

The temperature controller is damaged, and the temperature controller needs to be replaced; the fuse open circuit detection light is on and the fuse needs to be replaced; the main unit connection socket circuit is disconnected, and the plug circuit needs to be connected properly; the rubber hose plug circuit is disconnected, and the plug needs to be aligned and locked; the rubber hose heating wire is broken , need to send the hose back to our company to update the line.

3. The gun body heater does not heat up

The heater is damaged and needs to be replaced; the heater is fading and needs to be replaced; the temperature controller is damaged and the temperature controller needs to be replaced; the fuse detection light is on and the fuse needs to be replaced; the temperature sensing line is damaged and the temperature sensing line needs to be replaced ;The rubber hose plug circuit falls off, and the disconnected wire needs to be welded properly; the gun body plug circuit falls off, and the disconnected wire needs to be welded properly; the gun body heater circuit falls off, and the circuit needs to be connected properly.

4. The nozzle is blocked by carbide

Please remove the nozzle from the gun body, use a steel needle to remove the carbide or other impurities in the nozzle hole, if it still cannot be completely removed, replace it with a new nozzle; soak the old nozzle in banana water or dimethylbenzene After about four hours in the liquid, open it with an air gun.

5. The filter screen of the melting tank body is blocked

After removing the rubber hose joint, run the motor. If there is no glue output or the amount of glue output is significantly reduced, it can be judged that the filter screen of the melting tank is blocked by carbide or other impurities.

6. Causes of unstable glue production

The size is uneven; it is the reduction of the glue pressure. The pressure pump can be replaced.
