The nozzle is an important part of the hot melt glue machine accessories. The glue comes out of the glue nozzle, but if it is used improperly, it is easy to cause blockage and reduce work efficiency. So when we stop using the hot melt glue machine, what should we do? How about cleaning nozzles?

1. Use a smokeless hot air gun to heat it, and then wipe it clean with a clean cloth.

2. The nozzle is immersed in the cleaning agent, if possible, ultrasonic cleaning can be used.

3. Immerse the nozzle in an appropriate amount of chemical cleaning solvent to clean foreign matter containing iron, aluminum and other metals.
