Melting machine repair -more carefully maintain machine,more durable it is   

When maintaining and repairing the glue precision applicators, the following main safety precautions should be taken:   

1.Before the maintenance work of the roller glue applicator, the power supply on the hot melt adhesive machine and the main power supply connected to the outside must be cut off, and no live operation is allowed.

2.When disassembling, maintaining and repairing, workers should not wear earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets and other conductive decorations to prevent accidents.   

3.Do not disassemble, check and adjust any parts of the hot melt  glue spray machine at will, unless you have a sufficient understanding of the performance of the equipment.   

4.Unless there are other people nearby to assist, and in the event of an accident, mechanical damage or personal injury, you can immediately give help or first aid, otherwise do not disassemble and repair the hot melt glue bulk meter equipment alone.   

5.Only qualified personnel can perform maintenance work on the laminate glue spray gun system. 

6.Under any circumstance, do not arbitrarily touch the wire connectors that may be exposed to the outside world or other components that have wires connected and are not loose.   

7.The power supply must be cut off before disassembling or moving the protective device on the hot gluing machine or replacing the components.   

8.If possible, try to stand on the plastic blanket for maintenance work. Never perform maintenance work on the hot glue spreader machine on a flooded floor or in a very humid environment.   

9.Safety gloves, goggles and long-sleeved overalls must be worn when maintaining and repairing the hot pva glue applicator to avoid scalding the body part by the high-temperature liquid hot melt or being burned by the surface of the high-temperature component.   

10. When loosening or installing the pressure joint, it must be determined that the pressure of the pressure air source for the hot melter gluing bulk has been reduced to zero.   

11. When cleaning the hot melt glue tank, avoid using fireworks or sharp hard tools to avoid scratching the Teflon non-adhesive coating inside the plastic bucket.   

12.If there is air pressure or the hot melt glue machine leaks, never continue to operate the hot melt glue machine. First stop the adhesive applicator gun machine, cut off the power supply, and reduce the operating pressure to zero before overhauling.
