1. Before carrying out maintenance and repair work on the hot melt adhesive machine, the power supply to the hot melt adhesive machine and the main power supply connected to the outside world must be cut off. Operation with power is not allowed.

2. When performing disassembly, maintenance and repair work, workers are advised not to wear earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets and other conductive ornaments to prevent accidents.

3. Do not disassemble, inspect, or adjust any parts of the hot melt adhesive machine unless you have a thorough understanding of the equipment's performance.

4. Do not disassemble, assemble or repair the hot melt adhesive machine equipment alone unless there are other people nearby to assist and can provide immediate help or first aid in the event of an accident, mechanical damage or personal injury.

5. Only qualified personnel can perform maintenance on the hot melt adhesive machine.

6. Under any circumstances, do not touch the wire connectors or other components with wires connected and not loosened that may be exposed to the outside world.

7. Before disassembling or moving the protective device or replacing components on the hot melt adhesive machine, the power supply must be cut off.

8. If possible, perform maintenance and repair work while standing on a plastic blanket. Never perform maintenance on a hot melt adhesive machine on a flooded floor or in a very humid environment.

9. When performing maintenance and repair on the hot melt adhesive machine, you must wear safety gloves, goggles and long-sleeved overalls to prevent body parts from being burned by high-temperature liquid hot melt or by high-temperature component surfaces.

10. When loosening or installing the pressure joint, make sure that the pressure supplying the pressure air source to the hot melt adhesive machine has been reduced to zero.

11. When cleaning the hot melt adhesive tank, avoid using fireworks or sharp hard tools to avoid scratching the Teflon non-stick coating inside the tank.

12. If air pressure or hot melt glue leakage occurs, do not continue to operate the hot melt glue machine. First, stop the hot melt glue machine, cut off the power supply, and reduce the operating pressure to zero before performing maintenance.
