3. Excessive dust in the workshop and poor environmental sanitation. Objects enter the glue tank when adding glue, and the tools will be blocked after high temperature carbonization.

Case 2: Adhesive viscosity is too high

The reasons are as follows:

1. Large amount of glue on the container.

2. There is an unreasonable design in the shape of the squeegee.

3. Poor quality of the bottom film.

4. The hot-melt adhesive itself is too viscous. For the problem of backing, the quality control of the hot-melt adhesive should be effectively controlled.

Case 3: In cold weather, the front waist tape cannot be attached to the non-woven fabric

The reasons are as follows:

1. The ambient temperature of the workshop is low, and the surface temperature of the front waist sticker and the non-woven material are both low.

2. It takes a few seconds for the glued waist sticker to be combined with the non-woven fabric (the specific time depends on the production speed). When the ambient temperature is low, it will cause the hot melt adhesive to solidify, resulting in failure to fit.
