1. The production speed of the enterprise. The production speed of the hot melt adhesive gluing machine needs to be adjusted according to the nature of the material and the nature of the hot melt adhesive. If the speed is too fast, although the penetration of the hot melt adhesive can be increased, it will affect the cooling time of the hot melt adhesive.

2. The heating temperature of the hot melt glue machine. If the working temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine is too high, it will cause oxidation reaction of the hot melt adhesive, which will affect the adhesive force of the hot melt adhesive; if the temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine is adjusted too low, the hot melt adhesive will not melt completely. The phenomenon of uneven gluing and weak bonding occurs.

3. The humidity of the material. If the humidity of the adhesive material is too high, when the high temperature hot melt adhesive touches the material, it will affect the penetration of the hot melt adhesive, resulting in insufficient viscosity, weak bonding, and detachment after bonding, so avoid spraying adhesive. The phenomenon of separation appears after closing.

There are many gluing methods for hot melt glue machines, such as spray strips, spray dots, spirals, scraping glue, etc. The edge banding needs to choose a suitable gluing method according to the needs of the process to achieve firm bonding and save the amount of glue.
