The hot melt glue machine is a special equipment for melting hot melt glue. When it is not running, the hot melt glue in the main machine, hot melt hose, and hot melt gun of the hot melt glue machine is left inside. When the manufacturer wants to use other hot-melt adhesives, it is not possible to add another hot-melt adhesive machine to the main machine of the equipment immediately. The old adhesive must be drained thoroughly.

1. First, remove the glue stored in the hot melt glue machine. Adjust the temperature of the hot melt glue machine to the operating temperature and remove the glue stored in the glue box.

2. Second, wear protective equipment and clean the inner cavity of the melt box with lint-free cloth. Do not clean with sharp tools.

3. Third, add a part of the new glue after cleaning, and adjust the temperature to the operating temperature of the new glue.

4. Fourth, after the hot melt glue in the hot melt glue machine has melted, remove the hot melt gun and drain the remaining glue in the hot melt hose. Then you can clean the hot melt gun. After the glue in the hot melt glue machine and hot melt hose is drained, connect the hot melt gun. Add 1/3 of the new glue to the main machine of the equipment, adjust the temperature to melt, and discharge the remaining glue from the hot melt gun.
